The 29th Annual Ribbon Festival
Saturday, April 5, 2025
The STXSA Ribbon Festival is a wonderful opportunity for students to have a positive performance experience that will be adjudicated by an expert panel of music teachers. Students will perform during a designated studio time slot. After their performance, students will receive a written critique from a clinician, giving them positive feedback on their performance and also ideas for further progress and improvement. Every student participating receives a medal on a colorful ribbon that they can wear as a symbol of their achievement.
All students must play accompanied either with piano or a teacher duet part, unless their piece is written for an unaccompanied solo instrument or solo piano. Please rehearse before you arrive. There are no rehearsal spaces available at the performance location.
