Student Play-in Schedule
Date: Saturday Sept 12, 2015
Time: 2pm play-in immediately followed by a trip to the beach, food and fun!
Arrive 1:45 for tuning.
Locations: Play in : First Presbyterian Church of Freeport – 1402 W. Broad St, Freeport
Party: The Perry Pavilion at Quintana Beach County Park – 330 5th st Freeport
Fee: Free for STXSA members
In order to continue to provide a low cost or free event for students and families we kindly ask for donations of $20.00 per family. Thank you for your kind donation. Please donate on the website under “donations”
Bring: You, your instrument, family & friends & your favorite side dish.
Review pieces: Play-in repertoire will be chosen from the Suzuki literature based on the students in attendance. Violins please review book 1 pieces in D major so violins can play together with violas and cellos. For example: Twinkle will not start on A string but will start on D string.
